      The pay is great. Full time benefits like vacation, sick time, personal time, etc.

      Minpunten

      The changes to your job are constant and you do not have back up from managers, no matter what they like to say. They will blame you for not being able to predict changes if you do not keep up with them. The hours are also bad. Because they are always understaffed (because of turnover) you will always be working more than you want to. 50+ a week usually.
