It is a stressful place to work ...lt is a family owned company, benefits are horrible, no one seems to last.
Minpunten
Crazy procedures, vacation days is minimal and can only be taken Mon -Friday. Few holidays are observed, if the holiday is on a weekend, you forfeit a day off. Time off on a week of a holiday is questionable to whether you get paid for the 'holiday.' This is up to Management's discretion. Benefits are horrible. No co-pay...high deductibles. CEO has a temper, instills fear in everyone working there.

Old review that no longer applies to our current office culture and management.
✅️They will constanly wake the driver up.
✅️Texting and calling non stop.
Even waiting on the paper work they drive you crazy.
4 seperate people texting and calling. Just stop already. I will send the Bills when i get them.
