The result is that 1) nearly everyone you work with is a pleasure to be around, 2) you’ll feel like you’ve got a rocket booster on your career, and 3) you get access to incredible clients from day 1 (very senior, and very large-scale).

Because of the fast pace and the high-performance culture, Undercurrent can be a bit unforgiving. It’s a sink or swim kind of environment, which works great for people who thrive on that challenge, but can be a challenge for people who need more support.
