Unify is currently developing a cloud-based social networking platform for business use. So good exposure to leading edge technologies. People are generally very well-qualified, and easy to work with.

Minpunten

Much of the development work has been moved to low-cost jurisdictions. The globally-distributed development teams can sometimes have trouble coordinating efforts, for example due to time zone differences, different development support technologies in use at different locations, language barriers.

Easy to work with the management an staff. Simple process to get into the company. Care for the employees with respect to work status and timely pay.

Company does not offer training in new technologies or offer incentives to attend technology seminars. HR needs more expertise in recruiting good consultants.
