Ontime salary. Good working style. Less pressure work. Okay for freshers if they get dev role here. Facilities, Admin teams are so good.

Minpunten

Very worst collegues in team, they will dig hole in background to bury us. Better don't make friends in this workplace. Sometimes hike gets delayed. No onsite opportunities to USA and no promotion for even after 5 years of working. Some people are really bad in this workplace.

Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
