Lots of equipment - focus on Saftey - nice benefits - sales force - solid service for equipment ( had to because how aged it was )

Minpunten

- Very poor management - micro management - low pay scale - CORP Greed - equipment was very, very old and needed to be removed

Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

Minpunten

Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
