United Rentals likes to change how they do things quite often. Change can be hard, especially if you are set in your ways. However, the change is always for good reason.

Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
