They all aligned with the company values. They all have extreme ownership, and they also have the technical knowledge to execute their job exceptionally well. That's the only way I can summarize the pros of Unvoid: The best team I've ever worked with.

Extreme ownership can turn into workaholism pretty easily. It's hard to maintain a healthy work/life balance when you love and deeply care about what you do.
