From my experience of 2+ years working for them they always struggled to get the best clients for the developers. Flexible working hours depending on the client. You get all the freedom you want as long as you are a responsible person.
All the projects I had the opportunity to work on Upstack were very interesting and I learned a lot from the clients I interacted with.
