As a Senior Product Manager at Utility for nearly five years, I've witnessed the company grow from a smaller boutique agency to a company that invests in its people, culture and processes. Sometimes when working remotely you do feel isolated at times, but the optional in-office days that we have are a good way to collaborate face to face. Also, I wish we had some kind of a yearly stipend to take continuing education courses.
