1) New technologies. 2) Good teammates. 3) Project managers are good.

Minpunten

1) Company has an inbuilt policy of yearly firing/layoff. 2) They hire people, but do not plan accordingly and then fire people. 3) People who worked for 10-15 years are also fired yearly, so freshers are like use and throw to them. 4) CEO sits in US, come to India for yearly firing/layoff process, give a speech and fire 25-30 in one go. 5) Even if CEO is not there, yearly firing/layoff is fixed and the only reason they have is they cant afford. 6) You will to learn new technologies, but be prepared for layoffs if you want to join. 7) Don't go by seeing size of company. 8) People working there currently from 7-8 years has shared the same that yearly layoff/firing happens. They are still there only because it doesn't affect much to company. 9) Project managers are also good, but they can't help at the time of firing because decision comes from management.

Pluspunten

They have a scientific approach to process management which is interesting. They can sell ice to eskimos and thus to uninitiated clients they can be awarded what seems like high profile projects.

Minpunten

They have no regard for individuals' schedule, place unrealistic time demands on workers to the point of taking complete advantage of them, structure contracts in a manner that positions them to get what they want and then NOT PAY for work performed
