Always labour laws are clear (ref: govt sites) and adhere to their Instructions. Asper labour law it is mandatory to provide medical card which from day 1 entitled for it. Do a basic study on market standards, salary structure and salary benefits. Don't ever go for cancellation of visa until all your dues are settled. Cancellation even can happen in a day time, so wait even your payments are delayed. Adhere to all these points & doesn't fall for oral commitments, it is a clear sign of misguiding / foul play.
