Learned tons, made great friends with clients, worked with some REALLY smart folks.

Minpunten

Upper management is too focused on acquisitions, and is too chaotic internally, no proper vision it feels for the boots on the ground, and help desk gradually became very poor in quality. Also - theres not really any advancement outside of service, so eventually you have to leave to keep growing your career.

We’re sorry that you didn’t find the next steps in your career path at VC3. We’re continually trying to improve and implement new things so that team members can discover where they fit best. We had an internal career fair recently to help people explore all of the different opportunities available throughout the company.
