Comfortable place to work. Balance of work and personal life. Also enough to learn and grow up. Management is good. Projects directions are clear.

Minpunten

May feel a little underpaid. Database changing by multiple persons may lead to some development back and forth. Others OK.

Technically interesting work. Nice location near the beach. Nice people at the location where I worked. Flexible hours available. Travel per diem offered.

Minpunten

401k not the best. Stock options given were worthless. Lower wages than other employers for a similar position. Late evening conference calls with China. Language barriers.
