Mandatory overtime. If your lowest senior, you work 4 hours over EVERY DAY and are forced to come in 4 hours before your shift. That leaves 8 hours between for your family and sleep! They resently took all chairs off the production floor and said they would get better production out of us. So now you work 12 hour shifts (back to back) and have to stand on a solid concrete floor.
