Being in the cruise industry can be fun. They don't really micromanage. Can win cruises through contests. The bonus plan is insane.

Minpunten

The bell doesn't give enough leads. They take 75% of the commission for everything. You get paid 1 time at the end of the month. Healthcare plan is expensive for families. Takes time to build and have no true salary backing once guarantee is done.

Surveys use a non-standard metric, just because it's what Alan wants, despite standard surveys (CSAT/NPS) being available.
