Ability to have autonomy of your day- and working hard is fully rewarded. Sky is the limit on income potential. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday. They hire some great folks.

Minpunten

There are always growing pains with a company that is growing like Vaco. They really want everyone to voice their opinions, and hiring more people in management to assist. Benefit program could be better.

GREAT work environment at Virginia State Police. Pay is good. Better than most contract employers for benefits. Supposed to get a bonus of a week's pay after 1 year and some paid holidays at that point. Best thing is getting to work on projects in AWS.

Minpunten

Requires 4 days a week on-site. No OT allowed. No pay for holidays, sick days or vacation. VITA requiring me to get a PMP, even though I was told I did not need one for the role.
