Each project introduced new challenges that helped me grow as an Software Engineer. I’m very thankful to my leaders for their trust and to my colleagues for the support, teamwork, and shared knowledge. You made every challenge easier and more meaningful.

Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

Minpunten

Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
