This place is very hostile, violent and extremely toxic. From day one you be set-up failure. You be given every excuse in the book my managers like its corporate's fault. Lack of true leadership. Company Training is to be conducted off of the clock! No Breaks other then an hour lunch break. You will be trained improperly and mislead on daily duties. They will begin their tear mentality day one on the job, it's not a surprise day 2. It's a street like mindset and not a professional setting. You will experience a quite a bit of racial hostility working in the warehouse Experience Veteran Discrimination here.) They exploit each other a long with the corporate office. The common answer is it (Corporate's fault);it's out of our control. They get into arguing matches in the back. Lack people skills and have the me/me mentality . Managers lack the professional mind set to correct simple problems instead have excuses. They will compare you another employee's who has been in this environment for 8 Years!And you have only been there a week.(WELL HE CAN DO IT!) This place is a revolving door for those who can't understand what is normal operations to this company. This is not a Team atmosphere by no means. Common answer for problems is I don't have time for this! Bottom line stay away from this company they don't deserve you!
