      Honestly speaking I have not found any good reason to continue work with this company.

      I am writing this review very honestly without any filter to spread awareness and help others. PFB the list- 1) There is no work-life balance. I used to get calls/msgs on WhatsApp regarding work and updates on weekends. I have been asked to work on my sick leave day also. 2) There is no proper system and procedures are followed here. They don't follow any rules and don't care about employee's privacy. I have received a message in the night at @1:30 AM on my personal number. The mode of communication they use is personal WhatsApp chatting. 3) There is no system for salary payment. One person which is the company's CEO used to process salary as per his own convenience. We used to take continuous follow up with him regarding salary then he used to process it after the 19th or 20th in the next month. 4) For HR professionals you will not get anything to learn here. You'll be hiring only callers nothing more than that without any portal subscription. 5) They will expect you to work beyond working hours and on weekends also without any overtime payment and bonus. 6) I have received an offer letter after 2 & 1/2 months of joining after taking so many follow-ups since I joined. The worst thing was I have been asked to draft it by myself. 7) Worst management 8) Their working culture is toxic and unhealthy completely. They will eat their own words these kinds of people work here. I literally gave up my one-month salary, I tried to get it but they were denying it.

      Supported a lot to employees during the Lockdown and Pandemic. Many companies have done layoffs, but VALUE PLUS did not layoff their employees. Also every single month during the pandemic the employees got some payout... Also based on the innovative and aggressive payout model, the employee earned nearly double their salaries during the pandemic and work from home period for nearly 12 months. Carrier opportunities: Great carrier opportunities for sincere people. The exposure is very good and I have got this feedback from many employees and managers also. Internal growth opportunities: The company encourages internal growth. I know 6 people in VALUE PLUS who joined as executives and they are now Team Leader, PM and Delivery Managers. Their pay scale has increased to more than double of their original salary within a span of 2-3 years after joining VALUE PLUS. Social Responsibilities: VALUE PLUS has given us opportunity to work on some social causes for promoting cheap healthcare during the Pandemic... I thank the leadership for undertaking such initiatives and for the opportunity for me to be part of these initiatives. Financial support during Pandemic: VALUE PLUS also supported some of their employees financially during their hospitalisation during the pandemic. Leadership: The company has strong and ethical leadership. People centric management team ... they value people. Office Location: Very good...prime location in Pune...

      Training: The company can benefit with better training process...separate training department can be a solution... Managers: I feel the company needs more number of managers as of now... Salary cycle: Salaries generally happen between the 10th-12th of every month. This can be done earlier... maybe before 5th-7th of every month.
