Vari has a beautiful office and very small but appreciated perks and cultural events.

This company went through 5 years of pain, and every employee that has been part of it shows their battle scars. They let go of a vast number of very qualified and talented team members through the past few years and made do with a skeleton crew, and the results show. They lied about why a lot of the senior leadership left. They are no longer the high growth startup, and any chance of recapturing growth died in the hands of the CEO who couldn't be bothered to dive deeper into teams with obviously weak leaders.
