No cons to working for them.

The team is incredible. Some of the most talented people in the industry work here no matter what department. I learned a lot. The studio is dated but huge and Hollywood quality. The warehouse is new and has inventory system. If you want to work on the video team you’ll get experience and exposure fast.

The pay is usually horrible no matter the position compared to industry standards and there are zero benefits apart from a generous paid time off system that isn’t managed and has been abused by employees. The environment is toxic. There is no management or HR so when you have a problem you have no one to go to. There are people in supervisory positions in different departments but they are given no real authority and the owner will micromanage everything. The owner is extremely critical and rarely gives positive feedback. It has been normal for people to be yelled at, berated or made to cry early in their job there. You’ll be asked to do the jobs of many different people and not compensated when taking on additional responsibility. The owner seems to treat the women worse then the men. They are paid less, treated poorly and called names. The place is old, the bathrooms are dirty and smell. It is need of a remodel badly. There is more but not worth my time.
