The company is going through much change and growth however it's an exciting time. I'm so lucky to be able to go in to a job I love and contribute at a high level every day. Our Senior Executive team has a vision and they communicate very transparently about the changes, growth, vision and direction of the company. As is relates to my development the HR team has developed career paths and LMS training specific to each role. I've had career conversations with my manager who is supportive of my goals and development. Our Benefits through Cigna and our new 401k plan have improved for 2018 and are better then any company I have ever worked for. I'm taking advantage of Tuition Reimbursement this year to invest in my own growth. I definitely see a future with me at Vector Solutions and am excited about what's ahead!

It's a job and some of the people are great, remote/hybrid work for some employees

There is literally zero incentive to work hard or even try above the bare minimum. No real career paths or progression, no bonuses, nothing. Individual goals mean nothing and do not connect to larger company goals. Leadership is feckless and has to revisit the same decision constantly or has to make a decision involving way more people than necessary which means the final decision is bloated and difficult to operationalize. The company goals are not clear at all so work priorities constantly shift to whatever leadership has most recently decided, through a committee, is most important. There is basically nothing in terms of company culture. People don't talk to each other about anything. There is no fun in Teams channels. This probably stems from all of the above, that people do not feel at all connected to the company because they know they are not going to get anything out of it. Oh, and the benefits are abysmal.

We will not dismiss feedback simply because it is difficult to read. We have meaningful work, a strong team, and a lot to be proud of, but we also have work to do.
