Healthy work environment and management. I always felt very valued. The attorneys I directly worked with were really approachable, kind, and not averse to using technology. Fun office events throughout my time in the San Francisco office. Work/life balance is very balanced.
Minpunten
Fairly traditional/conservative for an office in the Silicon Valley, but not uncommon in the law firm industry. Some particular attorneys can be difficult to serve, but I never worked with them. Bonuses are nominal and raises are basically the cost of inflation, so negotiate your initial salary offer well. There was little room to grow, which is the only reason why I left.
