In benchmarking against current industry survey data, we find that we’re competitive. We annually conduct an employee benefits survey, and continually enhance our programs as possible, based on the expressed needs of our team. Regarding career goals, if you’ve participated in our semi-annual individual performance assessment and career development discussions, you know that we emphasize finding ways to match team members’ ambitions with Veracyte opportunities.
