The high rate of promotion from within the company. Most management were in the position that I was once in and were able to apply feedback to help with job duties and increase productivity.
Minpunten
Lack of benefits, the pay rate was below market value for the work being performed. The facility was dirty and not up to the standards I was used to. The lack of giving opportunities to better the employee such as allowing for studying for school inbetween calls and being productive in other areas besides the job as long as it did not affect job performance.
