Pluspunten
Afforded a lot of momentum by the large machine that was major portions of the bell system. So occupation in that space has afforded some un-deserved respect.
Minpunten
The leaders here does not understand basic leadership principles and for the most part have no idea about servant leadership. The leaders at Verizon are only interested in what they can get out of the employee and has no interest in development of the employee. Additionally the 40 hour work week is not only lost, but is frowned upon. A typical organizational expectation is in the 60 hour range.
