Pluspunten
The people I worked with were family to me. The work was gratifying and I learned a lot. My customers were always important to me, and I kept relationships after I left.
Minpunten
Two things struck me in my tenure - (1) Management always changed structure. Every year, it seemed, a new management team appeared, or was shuffled around. No one could sit still for longer than that. Additionally, changes to management were done to because of some plan that was never entirely thought through.
