      If you work for 1 day or 10 years also the treatment will be the same, No employee benefits, the worst part is the HR, if you go with a problem, they will not support you and in fact you are screwed up, and you will be fired from the company at any time, you will be treated as slaves by the HR, no proper hikes, and most important thing your designation will be changed to a lesser designation. Even after this also if someone is joining, be prepared for termination and join them

Employees have a reason to stay. •Leadership that listens to feedback and acts on it. •A fun and flexible work environment. Most positions are hybrid but the Denver office has plenty of company events and perks for in-office days.

      •Insurance is a timeless industry. Being a technology company in this market means some things move extremely fast, while others move slow.

      Has good training program. Nice building in Denver. Has some good benefits.

      Minpunten

      Very sales driven without caring about their customers experience. Locking customers to contracts they are not aware of the small lines.
