Dear Ex-Employee:
We appreciate your feedback, positive comments and saddened at your accusations about caste/regional politics. We don’t agree with your assessments regarding a caste or a region being rewarded, as we have core management itself is from both Andhra and Telangana and of divergent community background.
We do take into cognizance that some employees happen to receive different notice periods. We are not proud of that fact, but you may not understand the management constrains when relieving employees present their difficulties.
It’s saddens to note that you accused of no innovation in the organization, having seen innovative products like VoxVidi, Voxcyte, MobilFish (precursor to Whatsapp, developed in 2007), Zistt (precursor to Slack developed in 2010), DefigoMail (Secure Encrypted Email Service developed in 2014) and several other products in last 10 years.
If you feel you didn’t get enough appreciation in terms of leadership role or monetary compensation, you may need to introspect a bit. Please review your appraisal of Verudix and recognize how poorly worded and structured is your writing. We would also encourage you to review your vocal communication skills and make a claim if you are the right fit to be a TL in true sense.
Lastly, if all your accusations about politics and lack of pay increase were to be true, you wouldn’t have stayed more than 5 years and we wouldn’t have survived more than 12 years.
We only wish you good luck and hope you found a new home that meets your expectations and wish you are performing to best of your abilities.
