Unpaid Salary and Unethical Treatment During Medical Emergency - werkgeversreview Senior Software Engineer bij Vicky

I worked at Sciflare Technologies, and unfortunately, I had a very painful experience. Despite working sincerely, the company failed to pay me two months' salary. I followed up multiple times, but there was no proper response or resolution. What made it worse was that during this period, I suffered a heart attack, and even after informing them about my health condition, they showed no empathy or support. It's highly unethical and disappointing for any organization to ignore an employee's basic rights and dues, especially during a medical crisis. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair and professional work environment.
