Pluspunten
Like many reviews say, there are a lot of fantastic people that work here and I really the people I work with everyday. Kudos to my manager because I feel like she appreciates the hard work people in my department put in. Her leadership and support for our career development is why I stay at Vionic, even with a rocky few months. The bonus program is also another nice perk, but the people and our products continue to set this place apart. We also have fun events. The end of beer friday was a sad day, but at least it was replaced with early release during the summer.
Minpunten
There have been a lot of changes over the past few years as we've grown. It isn't the company for someone who is used to a slow pace of work. Talking with coworkers, not all of the departments are as cohesive.
