      Great with student schedules. Willing to work around school schedule and was ok with students putting school work first. very simple work schedule

      Minpunten

      understaffed and overworked for not a lot of pay. hard to please both customers and upper management at times (lose/lose situations)

      Pluspunten

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Minpunten

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
