      - work is pretty simple - gain leadership experience - can do homework if there’s downtime

      Minpunten

      - your schedule will not be considered - lack of communication from management makes word harder than necessary - they will change your hours and pay without permission (keep track of your hours)

      Pluspunten

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Minpunten

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
