If position you are initially in just might not be the right fit for you you will be given the opportunity to prove yourself in another position/department rather than being kicked to the curve. Relatively easy to obtain employment at lower level positions. Rapidly changing business so great way to develop soft skills related to adaptability and change.
Minpunten
Growth in terms of number of employees has somewhat stagnated recently, limiting opportunities for advancement at least relative to early years. By no means saying that there is not room for advancement, though.
