Lots of opportunity to drive your own projects with good collaboration. No micro management and no high pressure from anyone in management. Great small company culture and low cost health/dental insurance. Very generous vacation and holiday time off. Everyone very accessible and cooperative.

Biggest con is no retirement plan offered. Being a small company means financial resources are not infinite, so one cannot "take a chance" on a product idea.

Good collaboration and access to all staff

No real financial stability, having a "board of directors" for a small company is a joke, no retirement plan, no raises, no innovative product development, and overly reliant on relationships with AMD and Dell for product and sales.
