Our monthly team building events really help keep our culture strong - Leadership has an open door and is always willing to listen and lend a helping hand - Company is growing and succeeding even through this difficult market

They show little concern for the contracted individual, focusing instead on maintaining the client relationship rather than supporting the employee. In most cases, they side with the client, even when the employee is being treated unfairly. Regular check-in calls every week or two often appear routine or superficial, with no meaningful action resulting from them.
