Pluspunten
The only positive is that there are a lot of enthusiastic employees who want to contribute and do well . Other than that there is nothing positive. The new MD runs the company at his own whims and fancies. "Hire and fire" is the motto. Once they need you or there is a sudden requirement , an all out effort is made to hire you , once the work is done and there is no more projects / work, and all out effort is made to get you out as soon as possible.
Minpunten
Because of the MD lot of good people have left the organization and am pretty sure that many will leave pretty soon. There is a lot of work which is done in one of our neighboring countries and a lot of effort is made to keep that under the carpet to avoid authorities. lot of senior management in US are either expats from there or are originally from that country and have become US citizens now. Basics are over looked and more concentration is on strategy and showbaazi!!!
