Pluspunten
I thought a lot about the pros but cannot think of any. The question is why would someone work for such a company? I am still trying to find an answer. If I can find a pro to work for this company, I will surely come and update my review. P.S. If you joined and stuck with the company like me, then obviously that’s a different situation.
Minpunten
The entire US office is full of madness. Everybody are just trying to save their jobs. There is a complete lack of vision and structure. There is only one rhetoric everyday on the revenue. As long as you get some revenue, you are great otherwise you are a useless person. (They don’t think that any other role in the company is important if it cannot generate immediate revenue.) Do not join here if you are serious about your career even if you are offered a double salary. You’ll go mad here or lose any professionalism you have earned in your career. No place for sincere and hardworking people here. Lastly, all the reviews about Pakistani company are true. Look at their top bracket of management, 90% of them are Pakistanis. They hire only Pakistanis at the important positions to get away with all the practices followed here.
