1. Compared to Tech/FinTech peers, compensation/total compensation is on the lower side. Vitech has been making improvements to this with their new 6% 401k match and other benefits, but overall base compensation as well as the plethora of miscellaneous perks tech companies are famous for tends to be lagging. 2.
