Pluspunten
The folks are very nice, especially the Cambridge office. The core technology is decent, especially if you're into voice or audio.
Minpunten
A bit too hectic there. Would be fine if this were a startup with a new product and needed to sacrifice stability in order to get that hot product in the market. But no, this company has been around for a long time and still there's a feeling of instability or stagnation. The new execs are young, bright and energetic though. However even they seemed to have been ushered in hastily and with little prior experience. Turnover still seems awfully high for a company that needs to build competitive and relevant products and all the innovation seems entrusted in a few who are well past their glory days.
