- It's big so it'll take a long time to fall completely - It's big so poor performers can hide easily

Minpunten

- For a big "tech" company, benefits are below average to average; employees footing alot of medical bills - Complete lack of integration among various acquisitions, different policies and tools depending on which legacy companies you came in as - Horrendous acquisitions which resulted in killing off dozens of products and eating those costs

- The company itself is doing well financially, allowing departments to take on bigger projects - Great work-life balance culture and unlimited PTO that actually allows for generate usage - Casual culture that encourages collaboration - Non-salary benefits are strong, with even lower-level employees benefiting from the stock purchase plan

- Despite its strong position, the company does trim headcount for the sake of efficiency - Work ethic seems complacent, but is offset by company's strong financial standing - Management can be cut-throat, but strong performers usually do well - Salaries are below market rate
