All the machines and software here are so old that they don't make parts for them anymore. Managers only care about their numbers per day, not their employees. The turnover rate is insane. So basically you'll be doing more work with the same pay a majority of the year and you're not even salary. The pay is very low compared to other manufacturing operator jobs out there in the market. Audits are the worst and the person always finds even the smallest and most minor infractions and penalize them, thus threatening your job security. The auditor is also very inconsistent as they will penalize one person/area, but overlook another person/area with the same infraction.
