1.) The company believes in working with the employee to create a "reasonable balance between work and life." The pto accumulated is definitely on par with the industry and if you are in an outbound call program the management is flexible about your schedule as long as the required work for the company is being accomplished. 2.) After a salary reconstruction the pay is more in alignment with the industry however that shifted the bonus structure from a commission based bonus structure to a competitive stack ranking where you have to out perform your coworkers to make bonus. 3.) They work directly with American Express to constantly get feedback on the performance of the sales associates and that feedback is given back to the coworkers
Minpunten
Not much room for advancement. With the shift of the bonus structure removing the commission structure your bonus relies as much on your performance as it does on your coworkers performance. With the Salary restructure moving from program to program in the company is much more difficult as there are more hoops to meet and it is almost easier for someone off the street to get the position. Management are strong but don't have time to coach and grow employees.
