Minpunten

When you start packing you have to make sure you always lift correctly or you will hurt yourself. Wearing a belt was required but is now optional.

Great training and encouragement throughout. Time management, prioritizations, communication and delegating teams while adjusting for everyone’s stress is key. Fast pace environment keeps everyone focused and detailed oriented.

Minpunten

Stress can get to anyone. so when you trying to stay calm and delegate effectively and someone is wigging out due to the periodic rush moments, it can make the moment and tension even more stressful. But it’s very temporary, stay focused, stay positive and get the job done swiftly and accurately.
