Telephone heavy Impossible to finish your work within the work hours… Could be repetitive High case loads, even worse for bilingual Verbal abuse from angry workers, representatives , providers WSIB could do better to protect staff from bad behaviour Always under the threat of "Manager escalations" by impatient callers who "skip the line" by calling the Manager. Lack of control and autonomy over your work day because you cannot prioritize based on need but "Manager escalation". Limited and convoluted ability to move upward. Lack of respect from Senior Management.
