The environment was toxic. Boss was one of the senior-most management. He was a bully and manipulative. You are only good until you dont ask any questions or blindly follow orders. He would find scapegoats rather than accepting mistakes. He was more of a politician rather than a leader. Other teams/stakeholders were (almost) always made fun of during the internal team meetings. I decided to move on after seeing he was using manipulated information in some papers, but took some time. Worst culture was cultivated under him. I feel somewhere the management was aware of this but did not take any action.
