New personal revolving door and changes are starting to drive away those that have been here a while. Not as flat an organization as it once was.

Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

Minpunten

No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
