      What's left of the old staff are some really good people. Its sad but every month that goes by we lose more as overtime and unrealistic expectations run people into the ground.

      Minpunten

      HR is allowing management to run off all of its workers. Ever since GE Transportation was purchased by Wabtec it has been a downhill slide.

      Unlimited paid time off yearly.

      Minpunten

      Site leader at the Erie site. Indecisiveness by upper management. Unrealistic expectations. No repercussions for bad employees. Good employees get abused, verbally and by being given excessive workload. Salary teams are short staffed and site leader won’t allow new hires. The union - no explanation needed.
