Pluspunten
Working at Wabtec, the products were market leaders and trusted. There were many years of experience among the technical teams, as well as many years of validated solutions in the field. Quality and Reliability were top of mind, and the customer's needs were truly top priority.
Minpunten
There is limited career growth at Wabtec, and this only got worse as the Transportation piece was divested from GE to Wabtec. At times it operated as a "good 'ole' boys" club where friends were brought in from outside to take on roles that tenured leaders were more capable of leading, and had experience in doing so. We saw our top "up and coming" female leaders mass-exodus over a short period of time as well, which was concerning.
